DRIVER QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be minimum of 23 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year experience for Owner/Operator drivers & 2 years for Company drivers
• Over the Road experience must be within the past 2 years.
• Must be able to verify past 2 years employment.
• Preferred with refrigerated trailer / produce experience, but will train.
• Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) not over 3 Moving Violation points in the past 3 years.
• No more than 1 preventable accident in the past 36 months.
• No DUI's
• No Felonies
• Must pass D.O.T. Physical and Drug Screen.
• Must complete company orientation at  the main terminal in Fontana, CA
